The reservation process at Key West Childcare is designed for the ease of traveling and the convenience of busy families. To begin the hiring process, you may call us directly at 607-351-4818. Or, you may fill out the “Booking Form.” below.
After Key West Childcare has reviewed the details of your request, you will be sent a detailed invoice; via email.
Payment of this invoice for the 4-hour minimum confirms your reservation. If you request more than 4-hours and/or your reservation goes beyond the time anticipated; no problem! You can pay cash or credit card at the time of service.
In the event we cannot meet your request, you will still hear back from us within 24-hours; it’s our mission to provide the highest customer service and be flexible and creative whenever possible.

Cancellation, Modification Policy
Specific start- and end-times may be modified within a one-hour window up to 72 hours in advance.

We strictly enforce a 5-day cancellation policy. Cancellation after that will not receive the 4-hour minimum deposit charged at the time the reservation was confirmed. Holidays/weddings and special events; have a 14-day cancellation policy. There are no exceptions. We are a busy service!
