Reservation, Cancellation, Modification Policy:
Advance bookings before you arrive to Key West are suggested; we always encourage families to be in contact should they be looking for care when they arrive to Key West, however, please be aware, your reservation is confirmed when deposit is received and not before that. If deposit is not received 24HRS prior to date/time of your request, please be aware you do not have a confirmed reservation.
For advance bookings, specific start and end times may be modified within a one hour window up to 72 hours in advance. In this case, please text Erin 607-351-4818.
We strictly enforce a 14-day cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than 14-days notice, the minimum deposit charged at the time the reservation was confirmed will not be refunded. There are no exceptions. We are a busy service!
